Figure 3A shows the ratio of genomic alterations in the PRG normalized for the number of individuals that match the grouping criteria (Supplementary Table 10). mRNA downregulation was the genomic alteration with the highest ratios in EC and BC age groups. CNV amplification was the genomic alteration with the highest ratio in OC. Significantly higher cumulative ratios of genomic alterations were found in women older than 50 years in EC (p < 0.001) and OC (p < 0.05) (Figure 3B). PTEN, TP53, and FSHR are highly mutated in EC, OC, and BC age groups respectively. Here, TP53 is linked to breast cancer.
