Figure 2B presents the percentage of all genomic alterations in EC, OC, BC. The most common alteration in EC (37.09%) and BC (37.91%) was related to mRNA downregulation, while in OC, gene amplifications (32.24%) were more frequent than any mRNA alterations (Supplementary Table 9). It is worth mentioning, that among PRG, there were driver genes: PTEN, TP53, ESR1 for EC, TP53 for OC, and TP53, ERBB2, PTEN, NCOR1, ESR1, AKR1C3 for BC (Figure 2C). The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is breast cancer.
