Concomitantly, miR-181b-5p was significantly up-regulated (Fig. 7e), while KPNA4 reduced on both mRNA (Fig. 7e) and protein levels (Fig. 7f) in sh-ST7-AS1 xenografts, supporting the association between the anti-cancer activity of sh-ST7-AS1 and the up-regulation of miR-181b-5p as well as the down-regulation of KPNA4.
