The treatment increased the expression of IFNγ and CXCL9/CXCL10 in the tumor, as well as increased serum IFNγ/TNFα and expression of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, which may indicate the effectiveness of durvalumab/olaparib combination therapy in inducing an immune response in the tumor. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL9 and neoplasm.
