Our RNA-seq analysis shows that several inhibitors of the NF-kB and MAPK signaling pathways were significantly down-regulated 36 days after infection, including NFKBID, NFKBIZ, DUSP-1, -2 (Dauletbaev et al., 2011), NR4A2 (Crean et al., 2015), and tristetraprolin (TTP or ZFP36). The gene discussed is DUSP1; the disease is infection.
