IGFLR1 and invasive breast carcinoma: The analysis results of TIMER indicated that compared with normal tissues, IGFLR1 was up-regulated in breast invasive carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, ccRCC, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, prostate adenocarcinoma, thyroid carcinoma (THCA), uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, while down-regulated in cholangial carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, kidney chromophobe, liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), and lung squamous cell carcinoma (Figure 1A).
