Furthermore, IGFLR1 expression level was higher in advanced cancer than in early cancer (stage IV vs. stage I: 1.114 vs. 0.802, p < 0.001; T4 vs. T1: 1.196 vs. 0.831, p < 0.001; N1 vs. N0: 1.410 vs. 0.982, p = 0.012; M1 vs. M0: 1.117 vs. 0.908, p < 0.001) as while as the same was true of histological grade (G4 vs. G1: 1.151 vs. 0.749, p < 0.001) (Figures 3C–G), which further confirmed the potential prognostic value of IGFLR1 for ccRCC.
