CCNA1 and cervical carcinoma: As shown in Supplementary Figure S3, all of the cervical cancer cells subjected to EGF treatment expressed more p-ERK1/2, cyclin A1, and c-myc and less p27 (Supplementary Figures S3A, B, p<0.05), and grew much more quickly (Supplementary Figures S3C–F, p<0.05).
