The mean T concentration in all PCOS subjects was 0.59 (0.27) and correlated negatively with the number of menstrual cycles per year (MPY) (Spearman correlation r = −0.36; p < 0.0001) and positively with FG score (r = 0.33; p < 0.0001), LH (r = 0.19; p < 0.0001) and with DHEAS (r = 0.52; p < 0.0001).
