In a Phase I/II trial, Liu et al. [108] reported that 8 out of 11 (73%) patients with relapsed or refractory CD19-positive cancers (non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)) had a response to anti-CD19 CAR NK without the development of major toxic effects. This evidence concerns the gene CD19 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
