Strikingly, when introduced postnatally, H3K27M and p53 loss in pre-EMT NPCs was not sufficient for gliomagenesis, although postnatal induction of H3K27M, Trp53 loss, and PDGFRA amplification in pre-EMT NPCs resulted in glioma formation [53, 54].
