More importantly, we explored the mechanism of circRNA_0000392 in the progression of colorectal cancer and found that it could act as a sponge of miR-193a-5p, thereby releasing the inhibition of PIK3R3 by miR-193a-5p and promoting the phosphorylation of the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway. Here, AKT1 is linked to colorectal cancer.
