[51] did not detect a significant difference in LEP expression in the omentum and liver of the obese subjects compared tocontrol.Obesity is related to several skin diseases in the human species including poor wound healing and increased risk of dermatitis, such as psoriasis [25]. This evidence concerns the gene LEP and psoriasis.
