FN1 is involved in an extracellular matrix organization and endodermal cell differentiation in BP term enrichment analysis and ECM–receptor interaction, focal adhesion, amoebiasis, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, human papillomavirus infection, and PI3K-Akt signaling pathway in the KEGG pathway analysis (Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene FN1 and human papilloma virus infection.
