DYNLRB1 and infection: We further demonstrate that the BLP occupies the host receptor, Hsp60, and prevents Lm translocation and infection by competitive exclusion, the Lm-induced NF-κB and MLCK activation, MLC phosphorylation, and subsequent redistribution of the major epithelial junctional proteins (claudin-1, occludin, and E-cadherin) to preserve intestinal epithelial barrier integrity.
