While Myh6 was found in RNA15 and Ribo16, consistent with the observed known “gene switches,” we observed the presence of several other genes clustered in RNA1, Ribo4 or Ribo2 (Myh7b, Myh10, Myh11, and Myh14), and whose clinical significance has not yet been described in the context of cardiac hypertrophy. The gene discussed is MYH14; the disease is cardiac hypertrophy.
