As recently reported [23], potential markers in melanoma are mutations (on BRAF, NRAS, KIT, GNA11/GNAQ, NF1, CDKN2AI, immunohistochemical biomarkers (such as PD-11 and PD-L1, as well as mutated BRAF and NY-ESO-1), miRNAs, and other serum molecules. The gene discussed is NF1; the disease is melanoma.
