Gao et al. found that miR-6819-3p was higher in alcohol-associated hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) compared with non-alcohol-associated HCC tissues, whereby ACTG1, which was enriched in the regulation of the cytoskeleton pathway, was proposed to be the target of miR-6819-3p [56]. Here, ACTG1 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
