As displayed in Figure 2(c), for each of the five obesity-related genes (LEPR, MTCH2, MC4R, LEP, and KCTD15), the patients in a high-expression group had a greater cancer survival rate than those in the low/medium-expression groups (P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene MTCH2 and obesity due to melanocortin 4 receptor deficiency.
