According to KEGG enrichment results, the mechanism of GGQL in treating UC is mainly concentrated in the IL-17 signaling pathway, relaxin signaling pathway, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, toll-like receptor signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and prostate cancer (Figure 6). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and prostate cancer.
