TNF and atherosclerosis: According to KEGG enrichment results, the mechanism of GGQL in treating UC is mainly concentrated in the IL-17 signaling pathway, relaxin signaling pathway, AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in diabetic complications, toll-like receptor signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, and prostate cancer (Figure 6).
