CD4 and cancer: As shown in Fig. 3, the inflamed phenotype presented with infiltration of many immune cells and increased intensity of CD8+T cells, infiltration of CD4+T cells, B cells (CD20+), and histocytes (CD163+) in the cancer cell nest, determined by immunohistochemistry (Fig. 3a), when compared with non-inflamed immune-activated RVT (Fig. 3b).
