High-resolution structured illumination microscopy (SIM) showed the TRIB3-MYC interaction in lymphoma cells treated with a penetrated control peptide (PCON), whereas PCM4 inhibited the colocalization and interaction of TRIB3 with MYC (Fig. 6d and Supplementary Fig. 7h) and rescued the interaction of MYC and UBE3B caused by TRIB3 expression (Fig. 6e, f and Supplementary Fig. 7i). This evidence concerns the gene TRIB3 and lymphoma.
