According to our previous study using 111In and 90Y complexes based on a bivalent ureidosulfonamide scaffold ([111In/90Y]In/Y-US2) for cancer radiotheranostics targeting CA-IX, we applied the US2 platform to 68Ga-PET imaging ([68Ga]Ga-US2) of and pharmacological therapy ([natIn]In-US2) for CA-IX high-expressing tumors. This evidence concerns the gene CA9 and cancer.
