GO and KEGG analyses showed that the lncRNAs are involved in leukocyte cell–cell adhesion, lymphocyte differentiation, positive regulation of cell adhesion, regulation of T-cell activation, T-cell activation, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), cGMP–PKG signaling pathway, dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), oxytocin signaling pathway, and vascular smooth muscle contraction (Figure 6A,B). This evidence concerns the gene OXT and dilated cardiomyopathy.
