S100P and reading: Results with Kaiser's dataset [16] showed that compared with normal samples, S100A2, S100A6, S100A8, S100A9, and S100P were overexpressed by 2.591, 2.037, 2.29, 1.951, and 4.911 folds in COAD tissues (see Table 1), and S100A6, S100A8, S100A9, and S100P were overexpressed by 2.735, 2.723, 2.097, and 4.879 folds in READ tissues.
