Exposure to BC in F1 male mice significantly decreased (P < 0.0001; F = 38.64) serum testosterone levels in a dose-dependent manner as compared to controls (Table 4), whereas serum FSH (P < 0.0001; F = 109.5) and LH (P < 0.05; F = 6.529) levels increased significantly in BC-exposed F1 males over controls. This evidence concerns the gene BRD2 and breast cancer.
