The positive rate (93.8%; 75/80) and strongly positive rate (72.5%; 58/80) of SPOCK1 in BC were both significantly higher than in adjacent nontumor tissues (30.0%, 3/10 and 10%; 1/10) (P<0.001) (Figure 1F, Table 1), which confirmed that SPOCK1 was aberrantly upregulated in BC. This evidence concerns the gene SPOCK1 and breast cancer.
