Using western blotting assay, we identified that REV7, which is the scaffolding protein tethering REV3 and REV1, was upregulated in both 5-FU and oxaliplatin resistant CRC cells (Fig. 2a–d), indicating that REV7 participates in the common pathway shared by mechanisms underlying 5-FU and oxaliplatin resistance. Here, MAD2L2 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
