The expression level of PRC1 was associated with several clinicophathological characteristics in colon cancer patients, including tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and p-TNM stages; in addition, patients with high expression of PRC1 suggested unfavorable prognosis, which indicated that PRC1 might serve an important role in the development and progression of colon cancer. This evidence concerns the gene PRC1 and malignant colon neoplasm.
