In the present study, we clarified that YFJP attenuated HCC cell migration and invasion, and induced HCC cell apoptosis through modulating an array of HCC-related genes (including TP53, EGFR, EGF, CCND1, JUN, AKT1, IL6, MAPK1, VEGFA, ESR1, CASP3, and PTGS2), thereby attenuating the aggressiveness of HCC. This evidence concerns the gene CASP3 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
