Coiled-Coil alpha-helical Rod protein 1 (CCHCR1) is a component of P bodies [142], and in the PSORS1 locus, a risk locus for psoriasis, could modulate the localisation and function of P bodies in patient keratinocytes that were positive for the SNPs associated with PSORS1 [143]. This evidence concerns the gene CCHCR1 and psoriasis.
