To study whether the selective blockade of a single endocytic pathway (CME, CVME or macropinocytosis) could lead to a marked decrease in AMC6-mediated FAM-siRNA uptake, we treated T98G glioblastoma cells with nanoplexes formed by AMC6 and siRNA, either SCR or aimed to knockdown CLTC, CAV1 or PAK1, for 48 h. This evidence concerns the gene CLTC and glioblastoma.
