This study showed that BTZ@HMSNs further increased the mRNA level of SHP-1 as well as reduced the mRNA levels of c-Kit, NF-κB, and JAK1, which indicated that the anti-cancer effect of BTZ@HMSNs might be related to SHP-1/c-Kit/NF-κB/JAK1 pathway. This evidence concerns the gene KIT and cancer.
