RHOA and gastric cancer: For the TCGA training, TCGA validation, and CGC cohorts, the frequencies of RRAP-mutant were elevated (26.3%, 28.3%, and 23.9%, respectively) compared to RHOA mutations alone (7.5%, 4.5%, and 3.7%, respectively), suggesting that RRAP can be more broadly utilized as a predictive biomarker for gastric cancer.
