On average, in 56% of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx, PTEN was negative, as well as in 39.13% of non-small cell lung cancer, 56.74% of gastric cancer, 34.88% of colorectal cancer, and in 38.10% of breast cancer patients [73,74,75,76,77]. This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and breast cancer.
