The multivariate analysis exhibited that PCa patients with higher mRNA levels of SIRT3 (HR = 0.998, 95% CI: 0.997-0.999, and P = 0.003) and SIRT6 (HR = 0.998, 95% CI: 0.997-0.999 P = 0.007) tended to have poorer OS (Supplementary Tables 3-9). This evidence concerns the gene SIRT3 and posterior cortical atrophy.
