TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia: In the KEGG pathway analysis, upregulated DEGs were significantly enriched in cell cycle, p53 signalling pathway, biosynthesis of antibiotics, oocyte meiosis, carbon metabolism, and glycolysis/gluconeogenesis, while downregulated DEGs were enriched in pathways in cancer, signalling pathways regulating pluripotency of stem cells, melanoma, acute myeloid leukaemia, transcriptional misregulation in cancer, and proteoglycans in cancer (P < 0.05).
