NCAM1 and neoplasm: According to the forest map, most tumor infiltrating immune cells were associated with improved OS, including NK Cd56-dim cells (p = 0.018), ADCs (p = 0.015), TFHs (p = 0.01), Th1 cells (p = 0.006), Th2 cells (p = 0.046), T cells (p = 0.007), NK CD56-bright cells (p = 0.042), B cells (p = 0.001), Tregs (p = 0.001), and PDCs (p = 0.002) (Fig. 1E); the exceptions were neutrophils (p < 0.001), mast cells (p = 0.003), NK cells (p = 0.001), macrophages (p = 0.028), eosinophils (p = 0.014), IDCs (p = 0.015), and TGDs (p = 0.037).
