The results demonstrated that the expression levels of RAMP2-AS1 (P<0.05), CD44 (P<0.05), CCND3 (P<0.001), NCALD (P<0.01) and MACF1 (P<0.001) were significantly downregulated, while miR-296-5p expression (P<0.0001) was significantly upregulated in tumor tissues compared with in adjacent tissues (Fig. 7), which was consistent with the results obtained with the bioinformatics analysis.
