Further RNA‐sequencing and bioinformatics analysis suggested that overexpression of CD63 in HCC cells significantly inhibited the activities of inflammation‐related oncogenic signalling pathways including IL‐17 signalling pathway, NF‐κB signalling pathway and NOD‐like receptor signalling pathway, which are known to stimulate inflammation and inhibit immunoreaction in tumour microenvironments, thus promoting initiation and progression of various tumours.29, 30, 31. The gene discussed is CD63; the disease is neoplasm.
