The chromosomal translocations identified in the 104 patients analyzed were E2A-PBX1 (20.19%), BCR-ABL1 (14.42%), TEL-AML1 (8.65%), SIL-TAL (3.8%), MLL-AF4 (5.8%), these gene alterations were previously described in other studies in Brazilian ALL pediatric population14–17. Here, RUNX1 is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
