ERBB2 and neoplasm: The changes in Th cells following chemotherapy may explain increased tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in the TME of triple negative and HER2 positive breast carcinoma patients treated with carboplatin [26], thus demonstrating the effective role of chemotherapy in skewing a Th2 to Th1 phenotype within the tumor and therefore contributing to anti-tumor TILs.
