The key marker genes that are involved in proliferation, survival, and invasion of PCa, including AKT1, FLT1, FLK1, CDK1, CCNE1, and CCNB1, were down‐regulated by tamoxifen or ISA‐2011B alone (P < 0.001, Fig. 1E). This evidence concerns the gene CDK1 and posterior cortical atrophy.
