Based on the separating ccRCCs into high and low fatality risk groups at the cutoff points of −0.6 SD, −0.8 SD, and −1 SD (Figure S1B–D), we divided the TCGA PanCancer Atlas ccRCC cohort into a high-risk group with IQGAP1 downregulation (n = 111) and a low-risk group without the reduction (n = 399) using −0.8 SD cutoff point. Here, IQGAP1 is linked to nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
