With or without RCT treatment, the CD4+/CD8+ ratio (around 1–1.5/3) was in favor of the CD8+ lymphocytes in the GL261-wt as well as in GL261-Ang2 tumors, whereas this ratio was opposite in the blood and in the spleen of tumor-bearing mice (Figure S3B and Table S1).
