The genetic polymorphism of ADORA2A was found to be associated with encephalopathy with febrile status epilepticus, ADHD traits, and abnormal neurobehavioral performance during sleep restriction (Molero et al., 2013; Rupp et al., 2013; Shinohara et al., 2013; Fraporti et al., 2019). The gene discussed is ADORA2A; the disease is attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder.
