We found that low estrogen response early score tumors were significantly infiltrated with anti-cancer immune cells, including CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, M1 macrophages, dendritic cells, and NK cells, as well as pro-cancer immune cells, including regulatory T cells (Tregs), T helper type 2 (Th2) cells, and M2 macrophages consistently in all three cohorts (Figure 4A,B).
