Combined (IND and JHU) estimates of mGluR5 were significantly reduced in all eight volumes of interest (anterior cingulate, caudate, occipital, parietal, posterior cingulate, putamen, temporal, and thalamus) in the men with FXS (N = 9) in contrast to the age-matched men with TD (Figure 4, Table 2).
