IGF1 and Familial prostate cancer: MR analysis including all the SNPs (both the cis and trans‐SNPs) found suggestive evidence between IGF‐I and prostate cancer diagnosis in the same direction as the cis‐SNP results (inverse‐variance weighted OR for a genetically predicted 5 nmol/L increment in IGF‐I = 1.06, 95% CI 1.00‐1.13; P = .06, Table 2).
