We used quantitative reverse-transcription PCR (RT-qPCR) to validate the important genes WNT5A, DIF1, and DKK2 in Wnt signaling pathway, as well as TNF, IL17A, HIF1A, and SOCS1/3, which are associated with the pathophysiology of psoriasis; all of them showed significant enrichment in immunoprecipitation (IP) pull-down samples (Figure 3 and Supplementary Figure 6). Here, SOCS1 is linked to psoriasis.
