As shown in Table 2, there were three proteins included COX7B, COX6A2, and UQCRQ associated with the following pathways: oxidative phosphorylation (P = 0.003), cardiac muscle contraction (P = 0.047), Alzheimer's disease (P = 0.042), and Parkinson's disease (P = 0.028). Here, COX6A2 is linked to early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
