Metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and urothelial cancer patients who received PD-L1 inhibitor and subsequently exhibited an increased IFNγ gene signature (IFNγ, CD274, LAG3, and CXCL9) had better overall response rates and longer median progression‐free survival, independent of PD-L1 expression76. Here, CXCL9 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
